In “The Mystery in a Nutshell” S5 / E43 of I Took a Right Turn: We open up with our usual comments on the weather in the Promised Land and other happenings in the world. We also speak about how important each person is to God and that everyone is special to Him. Our musical portion of the podcast begins with On My Way to Heaven which is a constant realization here. Next a song that tells the truth and nothing but the truth, Jesus Got aholda My Life. Then a dear old song that speaks of our constant awe and wonder when confronting the majesty of God, Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus. Finally, we share one of our newer homegrown songs: Jesus Would Have Gone to the Cross.
Looking into God’s holy Word, we explore at Colossians 1:26-29 a passage that teaches us about the mystery of God and the heart of Paul’s preaching.
After this, we move on to our newest segment of the Podcast, “A Miracle Moment.” In the segment this week, we share a miracle that caused some surprising looks and an amazing conclusion. In the Way or On the Way February 11, 2026

Our main task
in this life
is to live,
in responsive obedience
to God’s actions
revealed
in Jesus Christ.
Strive to be,
a “Jesus Only” Christian,
not a “Jesus and” Christian.
Because
when we try to add
to what He has said
or embellish,
what He has done
all we do is,
clutter things up
and dilute the truth.
We can’t improve on God.
It isn’t Jesus-and-angels,
Jesus-and-politics,
Jesus-and-Buddha,
Jesus-and anything else.
It’s just Jesus.
And that’s
the whole truth
and noting but the truth
so help me God.
Our faith in Christ
is the one thing,
we can do in this life,
that doesn’t
get in the way,
it gets us on the way.
