The Supreme Court refused to accept the Texas case. In effect, ruling that accusations brought by multiple states of clear violations of the Constitution in the theft of an election are not worth their time to review. Justice Samuel Alito issued a statement with the dismissal that was joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, arguing that the Supreme Court should take up the case. “In my view, we do not have the discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction,” Alito wrote, arguing that he would grant the motion to file the bill of complaint.
The three justices appointed by Trump; Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch joined the long list of people President Trump appointed to high office who stabbed him in the back as soon as the opportunity arose.
Across the country court after court refused to allow any evidence to be submitted. The Media then crowed, “There is no evidence.” There are over a thousand signed affidavits detailing election irregularities. There is video of people running the same ballots through counting machines multiple times. But all the media can say is, “There is no evidence.” All the low information voters and other socialist fellow-travelers can repeat believing it is their own personal opinion and not something embedded through repetition is, “There is no evidence.”
And the objections to the electoral votes were interrupted by a carefully planned and timed disruption just as the evidence was about to be submitted only to be reconvened in the early hours of the morning when no one was watching and after most of those objecting had been intimidated into silence. And thus, the election fiasco of 2020 climaxes in the official certification of Joe Biden as the next President of the United States.
It’s hard to call this changing of the guard a generational shift when the leaders of the incoming regime are mostly senior members of the boomer generation. Although AOC, her Squad, and their ANTIFA/BLM bullyboys claim to be the voice of youth.
Every generation since the beginning of time has looked at the next generation and said some variation of, “I don’t know what’s going to happen to this world once the kids take over. The world is going to go to hell in a hand basket.” From ancient Babylon and Egypt through our parent’s generation, seasoned citizens have all said the same thing. And all I can say is, “I don’t know what’s going to happen to this world once the kids take over. The world is going to go to hell in a hand basket.”
Speaking of generations; my heart breaks for my granddaughters and those still making their way to adulthood. After years of compulsory state education instilling Democrat talking points and make-believe science as baseline knowledge, they’re now spending their highly formative tween and teenage years browbeaten and terrorized by the specter of Biden’s dark winter in masks and lockdowns spiraling into Venezuela on the Potomac. And while America cowers in the basement over the China virus China Inc. with Biden in the Whitehouse will forge ahead to become the dominant economy and power on earth.
Once the Scamdemic/Plandemic set the stage for the universal unsolicited mail-in ballots in Blue states the handwriting was on the wall. Once the counting began and Trump was on track to win the voting was stopped in four swing states all controlled by corrupt Democrat urban machines. On que hundreds of thousands of previously unknown ballots magically appeared from suitcases, election officials running the same ballots through counting machines multiple times, pre-programmed voting machines, and trucks in the middle of the night and Prest-O Change-O Biden is ahead.
As if to prove the statists/globalist coalition of socialists and crony capitalists have their sights set on instituting the crushing weight of equality of outcomes and making America miserable again the unflappable descendant of Jamaican slaveholders Kamala Harris recently said, “So there’s a big difference between equality and equity. … Equality suggests, ‘Oh, everyone should get the same amount.’ The problem with that — not everybody’s starting out from the same place. So, if we’re all getting the same amount but you started out back there and I started out over here, you’re still going to be that far back behind me. It’s about giving people the resources and the support they need so that everyone can be on equal footing, and then compete on equal footing. … Equitable treatment means we all end up at the same place.” (emphasis added)
Let that ring in your ears for just a moment, “Equitable treatment means we all end up at the same place.” Equality of outcome is the essence of the siren song socialism has been singing for hundreds of years. It has been attempted many places and failed each time. Let’s see how long it takes to transform the greatest economy the world has ever seen into a third world hell hole. Let’s see if socialism can be imposed upon an unwilling and unaware nation without the usual bloodbath that has accompanied it everywhere else.
I wonder when the low information citizens who vote for the “D” after a politician’s name because their parents did ever wake up to find section 8 housing projects in their pristine suburban neighborhoods, their children competing against untold millions of immigrants from everywhere, their dollars and 401Ks worthless, and China as the most powerful country on earth will they still celebrate helping to end the America First agenda?
Sad to say it appears the swamp has won. They’ve successfully used a thoroughly partisan media in league with the administrative state to squelch the first outsider trying to make good on his promises to drain the swamp. The great unwashed have been driven from the palace and just as after the fiery tumult of the French Revolution when a decadent and ineffective Louis the XVIII tried to restore the monarchy and assure the ruling classes the peasants would never again challenge their rule so too Joe Biden has been anointed by the powers that be to make sure they are forever the powers that be.
Those who cherish our constitutionally limited Republic looked to the Senate races in Georgia hoping the same election machine that stole the state from Trump wouldn’t steal it from Loeffler and Perdue. Then again, Wiley Coyote always thought he’d catch the Roadrunner too.
Now that Washington has officially become a one-party town again to the cheers of the establishment look for swift action to cement the undemocratic rule of the Democrats for perpetuity. The first step is evident in literally the first bill Nancy Pelosi will ram through the rubberstamp House, H.R. 1. This freedom destroying monstrosity was already passed once by the House with every Democrat voting for it and every Republican against. It was blocked by the Republican majority in the Senate. With addition of the two stolen seats from Georgia it will sail through and become the law of the land.
How will this bill known in Washington Newspeak as the “For the People Act,” which should instead be known as the “Steal Every Election Forever Act” cement the progressive party of the deep state in power? According to the Heritage Foundation, H.R. 1 would force states to accept same-day registration and universal vote-by-mail, require states to allow convicted felons to vote, and allow voters to circumvent photo ID requirements in states that have them by signing sworn statements instead of providing ID.
In addition, H.R. 1 also mandates countless millions of taxpayer dollars be given to candidates for their campaigns, requiring citizens to fund candidates who those citizens actually oppose for office.
It also:
- Makes it difficult for a state to discover if a voter is also voting in another state.
- Requires all states to provide free mail-in absentee ballots.
- Criminalizes political speech that the government deems “discouraging” to voters who are statistically more likely to vote Democrat.
- Takes redistricting away from elected leaders to give to left-leaning commissions.
Maybe it’s because he’s a newly minted member of the ruling class but during a recent Democratic Weekly Address, Representative-Elect Joe Neguse (D-CO) spilled the beans about the true target of H.R. 1, when he stated the legislation “Will be the bedrock of everything we do in the next two years, reminding us that when it works, the United States of America has the best form of government ever invented.”
And that’s merely the first thing on the progressive agenda. Buckle up and watch for the following to vomit forth like bilge water from the best Congress money can buy:
- The District of Columbia and Puerto Rico will be admitted as the 51st and 52nd states adding two Senators each meaning four extra Democrats in the Senate for the foreseeable future.
- End the filibuster in the Senate. Effectively relegating the now permanent minority of Republicans to witnesses without a voice.
- Abolish the Electoral College. Thus, enshrining the popular vote and the tyranny of the majority in effect making fly-over states conquered provinces of New York, California, and Illinois.
- Pack the Supreme Court with 12 or more justices. Additionally, all federal level courts would be packed with liberals and left-leaning judges.
- Immediate amnesty for illegals currently in America with a short easy path to full citizenship.
- Open borders.
- All incoming immigrants granted resident status.
- No difference between the rights of a resident and a citizen including voting rights.
- All new immigrants would immediately have full access to free health care, social security, and government subsidies.
- Make the 1619 curriculum mandatory from coast to coast.
- Set up a Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African Americans.
- The previously introduced HR 5717/S. 3254– Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act of 2020 will be passed which would:
- Use the so-called insurrection in Washington to impeach the President after he has left office and try to ban him from ever running for office again.
- Pass a new law similar to the Patriot Act which will negate constitutional protections and legalize the harassment of MAGA supporters.
§ Create a nationwide gun registry
§ Ban almost all semiautomatic rifles
§ Institute a federal Magazine Ban and require permits to purchase ammunition
§ Implement national “Red Flag” gun confiscation
§ Tax guns at 30% and ammo at 50%
§ Ban people under 21 from exercising their Second Amendment rights
§ Ration guns by making it illegal to purchase more than one firearm in a 30-day period
§ Force “Safe Storage” requirements on gun owners
§ Ban home builds
§ Ban suppressors
§ Force FFLs to spend massive amounts of money to comply with new “security” requirements
§ Expand “Gun Free Zones”
One of the unreported commonalities between mass shootings: the vast majority of them occurred in gun free zones. Does anyone actually believe any of these restrictions on gun ownership will be respected by criminals? Their only purpose is to disarm law abiding citizens. Criminals break laws. That’s what makes them criminals.
The Supreme Court has definitively joined the DOJ, the FBI, and the rest of the Federal Courts in the Revenge of the Swamp Creatures. The Big Reveal: there is no justice, which brings us to two questions, “How long will the MAGA masses continue to pretend there is? And what do they do when they finally admit that there isn’t?”
God destroyed the Northern kingdom of Israel because they worshipped idols. He destroyed the kingdom of Judah because they sacrificed their children. How many Americans worship wealth, materialism, sports, celebrities, fame, or any number of other idols? How many of our children have been sacrificed on the altar of convenience? If we pass from the sunlight of liberty into the Democrat prediction of a long dark winter could this be the judgment of God in answer to our turning away from the cross? Could this be judgment for the innocent blood which cries out for justice?
After watching silently or mostly not even noticing as the Progressives have infested and subverted our education, our media, our entertainment, and our politics for over 100 years we have sown the wind and are about to reap the whirlwind. As I stand here on the cusp of History looking into the face of the storm all I aca say is, “America, I’m glad I knew ya.”
Without Christ it’s true the world is going to go to hell, if not in a hand basket some other way. Know Jesus know peace. No Jesus no peace.

Listening to the predictable prattle of the perpetually re-elected pretend conservative Republicrats talk about how they’ll follow the disastrous first two years of socialist rule with election victories retaking the Congress is like watching people whistle in the wind. They may think they’re sharing a tune, but no one is hearing the music.
These professional politicians act as if what happened in November 2020 was another in the long line of American elections. One side wins and then four or eight years later it’s the other side’s turn. That is not the case.
We’ve had one-party rule in Washington before with one party controlling all branches of government. And at times we’ve seen that power used as an opportunity to effectively push radical agendas. There were the Republicans from 1860 to 1877 who gave us Radical Reconstruction. The Democrats had their turn during most of the 1930s and we got the New Deal. From 2009 to 2011 the Democrats had an undivided government, and they gave us ObamaCare and its mandate. The Republicans had it from 2017 to 2019 and we got the biggest tax cuts in American History.
But this time I believe it’s fundamentally different. The election of November 2020, in my estimation, can best be compared to the elections in Germany in 1932 when the National Socialists gained a super majority in their Congress. Once they gained power, they began immediately to consolidate it. Shortly thereafter the infamous Reichstag fire was used as an excuse to impose draconian measures which ultimately stamped out all resistance to their one-party rule. I believe the riot at the Capital will become America’s Reichstag fire with Donald Trump portrayed as the Snowball on Biden’s Animal Farm: a perpetual symbol of reactionary resistance to the New Regime.
The Plandemic has already morphed into the crisis that never ends. Instead of stiff-arm salutes, wearing a mask is the symbol of obedience. If masks worked so well, why does California which has the strictest quarantine and mask regulations in the country also supposedly have the highest infection rate? Are required proofs of vaccination far behind?
The Uniparty will legalize tens of millions of illegal aliens and give them voting rights. They will open the borders while offering free everything ensuring an avalanche of newly imported voters. They will add several states so they have a permanent lock on the Senate. They have threatened to pack the Supreme Court with enough Democrat Socialists to effectively make it a rubber stamp of the Party’s agenda. Just the threat of doing this by the Democrat icon FDR caused the Supreme Court to cease and desist all opposition to the New Deal. Look for universal mail-in voting to be established nation-wide. They pushed it as a response to the Scamdemic and we all know there’s always another crisis right around the corner.
This isn’t just another in a long series of “Whose turn is it in the barrel?”
Believing a term Joe Biden used in one of the debates and several times since, America is headed into a “Dark Winter.” Though Mr. Biden is well known for his verbalistic gymnastics this may not be just some strange wording picked out of the air or an attempt to make a hip cultural allusion aimed at Game of Thrones junkies.
In June of 2001, the federal government conducted Operation Dark Winter. This was a massive simulation exercise that focused on a governmental response to a covert biological attack using a super-strain of smallpox. The strategies used by the government in this exercise included massive lockdowns of the entire population and economy. To combat rioting, it used military intervention.
Making this connection will probably be labeled a conspiracy theory, however anyone is free to read an eye opening article in the elitist magazine Foreign Policy entitled America’s Pandemic War Games Don’t End Well. This article explicitly states, “The exercise presaged the events of COVID-19 that would take place within months of the simulation’s end. It very clearly showed that a global pandemic would take a global response. It was uncannily accurate.”
As we watch our freedoms erode and our economy crumble we may well be headed into Biden’s dark winter, but we cannot say we haven’t been warned.
As the pampered, privileged, and protected denizens of the swamp on the winning side work feverishly to institutionalize their one-party forever administration and the pampered, privileged, and protected denizens of the swamp on the losing side try to calm everyone down by acting like it’s business as usual all I can say to the winners is, “We get it.” And all I can say to the never-trumpers and their fellow-travelers trying to make sure we all walk quietly into the camps is, “You don’t get it.”

Waking to the news I’ve predicted all along that the hopelessly corrupted election machine that stole Georgia for Biden has successfully stolen two Senate seats as well, I perceived the dawn of a day I’ve anticipated for at least sixty years. The veneer of constitutionally limited government is about to fall off the last best hope for human freedom. Since the feckless elected Republican posers have finished pretending to tilt at windmills and the best Congress money can buy has ratified Placeholder Joe as the winner of the most corrupt election in American History, we shall all witness the emergence of a one-party state, with rigged elections, and a soviet-style injustice system.
Here are some things to look for in the Brave New World of the Great Reset as our self-anointed leaders work to implement their motto of Build Back Better. Which by some bizarre coincidence is the motto of the World Economic Forum for the re-invented New World Order and also the motto for the Biden – Harris economic recovery plan.
Look for some of the RINOs to leave the GOP and join the only game left in town, the Democrat Socialists. In the future, as we follow in the time-honored footsteps of Chicago, where the Democrats haven’t lost an election in 89 years, perhaps we should dispense with the expense of having sham elections and just have a Democrat primary. Although we know the Democrat primaries are also rigged at least we would only have to pay for one fake election instead of two.
Look for a nation-wide mask mandate to have a visible sign of compliance.
Look for COVID vaccination documents to become mandatory for many things such as work, travel, shopping. … SHOW ME YOUR PAPERS!
Look for a nation-wide economic shutdown at least until China is solidified as the number one economy in the world.
Look for the institutionalization and nationalization of the mail-in-voter scam.
Look for a road to citizenship for all illegal aliens.
Look for open borders which ties to benefits for all and will result in mass migration bringing tens of millions of people rushing over what used to be a southern border.
Look for a return of the Forever Wars to gin up jingoistic patriotism and enrich the military-industrial complex.
Look for the dollar to lose its status as the world’s reserve currency.
Look for any alternative media that contradicts the one-sided megaphone of the Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media to be harassed out of business or surrender to the narrative of the Democrat Socialist Party.
Look for the police and National Guard to be used to suppress any signs of protest to the imposition of socialism in America.
Look for the Commander-in-Thief to serve maybe a day over two years before Kamala takes over. That way she can pretend to win two full terms without going to the trouble of re-writing the Constitution in the living-document sand.
And to make sure this is all rammed down our throats peacefully, look for an effective end to the Second Amendment and gun confiscation.
Job once lamented, “For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has happened to me.” Today, after a half century of predicting and writing about the socialist takeover of America, I stand sorrowfully vindicated with those words echoing in my mind. And when my mind tells me to despair my spirit replies as Job did to his wife when she told him to “curse God and die,” “Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?” For my hope is in the Lord. Jesus is my salvation and no government no matter how corrupt, authoritarian, and powerful can take that away from me.
Which brings me to my favorite “Look” in this article.
Look for the greatest Awakening the nation has ever seen for as the Lord told us thousands of years ago through the prophet Isaiah, “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.”
Let us accept that America has passed under judgement. And with the innocent blood of millions of aborted children crying out from the ground, with good being called evil and evil good, with every perversion and sexual sin held up as the new normal why shouldn’t we?
Dylan Thomas spoke of a coming darkness saying, “Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
However, that may appeal to some people I say replace rage with praise. Let us Praise God for His love, His guidance, and His salvation. Don’t let the shifting scenes of this earthly soap opera steal your peace. For, in Christ we have the peace that passes all understanding. And don’t let the news of the day drive you to despair for when all is said and done, we will see that it was all done just like He said.
Keep the Faith. Keep the peace. We shall overcome.

Many Americans yearn to return to the days of yesteryear when slouching on the couch, drinking a beer, and watching the game was enough intellectual stimulation for one day. Or as Frank Zappa once expressed it, “TV dinner by the pool, I’m so glad I finished school life is such a ball I run the world from City Hall.”
It was this noninvolved attitude that allowed activists dedicated to fundamentally transforming America to capture the culture, academia, the media, the techno sphere, and ultimately power. The best way to sum up the mental sleepwalking of those who luxuriated in the peace and plenty provided by the American experiment is found in a French phrase: Comme ci, comme ça that literally means like this, like that. In conversation it means so-so, or neither good, nor bad.
And as the Spirit said the church, “I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You’re not cold, you’re not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You’re stale. You’re stagnant. You make me want to vomit. You brag, ‘I’m rich, I’ve got it made, I need nothing from anyone,’ oblivious that in fact you’re a pitiful, blind beggar, threadbare and homeless.” Which is just where we all might end up in the shabby future of the United Socialist States of America.
The Watchmen on the Walls have warned us over and over.
Western Europe as a cultural, military, and political group of great powers committed suicide with the two avoidable blunders of WW I and WW II. Is it the fate of America to follow their example by passively accepting the imposition of a Progressive Socialist yoke?
After the fear mongering freedom destroying experiences of 2020, we walked eyes wide open into a well-prepared pre-programmed election fraud. Now we face the on-going litigation for justice while the swamp’s smothering power oozes out of almost every avenue of the media telling us, “There nothing to see here.” The wounded economy limps along waiting for the next unconstitutional shutdown that doesn’t apply to the authoritarians we call elected officials whose pay checks never stop.
Yes, we all yearn to return to what we perceive as normal. But if that normal is just a return to the stupefying normalcy of a semi-comatose existence paying no attention to the state of our nation if we manage to dodge the bullet this time rest assured eventually one will hit the target. We need a new normal. But not the new normal of a progressive living document paradigm shift into the bondage of serfdom. We need a new normal of involved and intelligent participation if we expect to see a limited republic re-established and flourish.
The precarious position America’s freedom loving people currently find ourselves in has not come upon us without many watchmen on the walls warning us it was approaching like the hoof beats of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. From politicians like Lincoln, to political commentators such as Pat Buchanan, to musicians, and authors, we’ve had plenty of warning if we’d only taken the time away from our entertainment naval gazing to listen.
On January 27, 1838 in an Address Before the Young Men’s Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois speaking on the topic, “The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions” Abraham Lincoln said,
At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it? Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never!–All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.
At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.
Pat Buchanan told us:
“American’s greatest deficit is no longer found in the federal budget. It is a moral deficit, and it may be found in a polluted and poisoned culture that has become the great enemy within.”
“We need to do more than win an election or win the House or win the presidency, my friends: we need to make this beloved country of ours God’s country once again.”
“Today, candor compels us to admit that our vaunted two-party system is a snare and a delusion, a fraud upon the nation. Our two parties have become nothing but two wings of the same bird of prey.”
Another voice in the wilderness was Frank Zappa.
Even in the upside-down topsy-turvy days of the 1960s Frank Zappa was considered beyond bizarre by most people even the so-called Freaks and Hippies. A little known and to many surprising fact, Frank Zappa didn’t drink or use drugs. And a personal observation that may shock many who know of him but never explored his extensive body of work, never experienced his genius as a composer and arranger, or never actually listened to what he was saying Zappa was an insightful commentator on the American experiment perhaps even a natural philosopher ranking with such greats as Yogi Berra.
Here are some nuggets from his interviews that seem exceptionally relevant to our current slide into the abyss of Biden’s long dark winter.
“Schools train people to be ignorant, with style. They give you the equipment that you need to be a functional ignoramus. American schools do not equip you to deal with things like logic; they don’t give you the criteria by which to judge between good and bad in any medium or format; and they prepare you to be a usable victim for military-industrial complex that needs manpower.”
“As long as you’re just smart enough to do a job and just dumb enough to swallow what they feed you, you’re gonna be alright. But if you go beyond that then you’re gonna have these grave doubts that give you stomach problems, headaches make you want to go out and do something else. So, I believe that schools mechanically and very specifically try and breed out any hint of creative thought in the kids that are coming out.”
“Power will be maintained by the groovy guy or gal who gets the most media coverage for his sleaze. Naturally, his friends in various businesses will do okay, too.”
“Censoring what you say is one of the ways in which people who are not nice can take away your personal freedom.”
“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”
“In every language, the first word after “Mama!” that every kid learns to say is “Mine!” A system that doesn’t allow ownership, that doesn’t allow you to say “Mine!” when you grow up, has – to put in mildly – a fatal design flaw.”
“I believe that people have a right to decide their own destinies; people own themselves. I also believe that, in a democracy, government exists because (and only so long as) individual citizens give it a temporary license to exist, in exchange for a promise that it will behave itself. In a democracy, you own the government. It doesn’t own you.”
Since I’m quoting my way through this essay let me finish up with one from author George Orwell’s classic 1984 concerning the end result of an all-powerful authoritarian socialist state, “If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face – forever.”
However, as hopeless as the Democrats who identify as journalists try to make us believe it is, I urge everyone to turn to Christ and find the hope that does not disappoint. Those who already know Him rededicate yourself to following Him. Those who don’t know Him turn from the dead-end ways of the world and embrace the life-giving faith of salvation in and through Jesus. The Bible reveals the truth, points the way, and provides the key. “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Then once we’ve entered this life of faith let’s strive to make our actions match our confession.
Keep the faith. Keep the peace. We shall overcome.
