Words have meaning.  A word is a unit of language, consisting of one or more spoken sounds or their written representation that functions as a principal carrier of meaning.  Rush Limbaugh is a master of the English language in my opinion on a par with Winston Churchill and is the undisputed American master of quips, labeling, and metaphors.

As if to prove the point, Rush has once again coined a phrase that sums up a cultural phenomenon.  He has dubbed those Progressives embedded within the federal bureaucracy the Deep State.  This label perfectly describes those protected by the civil service acts as well as those political appointees who might be termed BHO holdovers.

The commentary flowing from the Attila the Hun Chair through the golden microphone recently shines a spotlight on the fact that the Praetorian Guard of the establishment are working overtime to overthrow the results of the recent election.

There is something reminiscent of Yogi Berra’s famous “Déjà vu all over again” in all of this.  It reminds me of the last president who was vocal about trying to drain the swamp.  Richard Nixon set out to reform the alphabet soup of agencies that supposedly provide the government with intelligence.  It turned into a game of who gets who first.  The entire Watergate debacle was populated by ex-CIA and ex-FBI agents. The CIA reports were withheld from everyone until the deed had been done, a president overthrown, and everyone involved safely out with the usual federal golden parachute of a plumb pension with a Cadillac package.

To catch lightening in a jar and see how this was all engineered and orchestrated see the seminal book The Silent Coup by Len Colodny and Robert Gettlin.  This is the only book that tells the other side of the Watergate myth.

If you consume the bilge being belched out by the ABCCBSNBCCNNMSNBC Cartel you would think that our president was attempting to establish a rule by decree imperial presidency.  That is what we have had for the last eight years.  That is what he was elected to replace with a government that governs as opposed to rule.  And that is what the Deep State is trying their best to avoid.  A government of the people, by the people, and for the people is as about as far from what we have had as you can get.  That is what we voted for.  That is what our President is trying to deliver and that is what the preprogrammed, prepaid protestors with their fill-in-the-blank signs are trying to prevent.

However you call it; the Country Party versus the Government Party, the Perpetually Re-elected Versus the Flyover Country, or Them versus Us it all adds up to one thing a nation divided.

Leave it to Rush to coin a name for that twin headed bird of prey, the government party of power, the Fusion Party.  These are two gangs of political hacks plundering the producers of this country bound together by their contempt for us and their greed.   They are bound and determined that they will not allow any motley collection of voters get between them and their swag.

The ABCCBSNBCCNNMSNBC Cartel continues its onslaught against America’s president.  The Hollywood elites pile on.  Award show after award show turns into nothing more than an opportunity and platform to trash the President Trump.

The late night comedians are seen as valid social commentators by so many of the fellow-travelers.  They seem to think the opinions of the writers of jokes and the producers of skits tell them all they need to know about current events.

Unelected black robed hacks usurp the authority of the Commander-in-Chief and don’t even pretend it has anything to do with the law, or the Constitution, or common sense.

Since the Judicial Plutocrats thwarted the will of the people as expressed in Mr. Trump’s refugee pause research tells us 77% of refugees allowed into U.S. since travel reprieve hail from seven suspect countries.

Contrary to the propaganda broadcast from the media wing of the Democrat Party, i.e. the Cartel according to the Washington Examiner:

Since 9/11, 72 individuals from the seven mostly Muslim countries covered by President Trump‘s “extreme vetting” executive order have been convicted of terrorism, bolstering the administration’s immigration ban.

According to a report out Saturday, at least 17 claimed to be refugees from those nations, three came in as “students,” and 25 eventually became U.S. citizens.

The Center for Immigration Studies calculated the numbers of convicted terrorists from the Trump Seven:

— Somalia: 20

— Yemen: 19

— Iraq: 19

— Syria: 7

— Iran: 4

— Libya: 2

And just since the temporary Refugee ban has been held captive by the courts of injustice 1,049 refugees from these seven nations have been rushed into the country by the Progressive bureaucrats who dwell in the bowls of the beast.

Our President is surrounded by sharks who will perpetually pretend there is blood in the water.  We must support him!  We must let him know that he is not alone in the battle to Make America Great Again.  It was our voted that sent him there and we must let him know we are still here.  We haven’t nodded back into the game and returned to the couch for a snooze until the next election.

We are too busy working to counter the professional agitators and full-time protestors recruited and paid for by the Soros Anti-Liberty League.  So we must do what we can.  Send the President a message and let him know that you support him and you are there.

Trump Travel Ban And The Courts of Injustice February 10, 2017

The Ninth Circus out on the Left Coast denied the Justice Department’s request on Sunday for an immediate reinstatement of President Donald Trump’s ban on accepting certain travelers and all refugees.   These politically motivated doctrinaire ideologues that custom dictates we must refer to as judges do not follow the basic instructions for their job.  It is not to make policy or to judge the correctness of policy as set by the other two branches of government.  It is to determine whether or not the actions of the other two branches follow the law.  This is the exact opposite of what the Seattle based U.S. District Judge James Robart and the three judges of the Über liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has done.

According to the Congressional Research Service Federal immigration law includes Section 1182(f), which states: “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate”

This makes it abundantly clear that President Trump’s Executive Order concerning a temporary ban on refugees in general and specifically from certain countries known to be either in a state of domestic war or previously declared as state sponsors of terrorism.  Obviously the “So-Called” judges are not even pretending to rule according to statute.  They are countermanding an order by the chief executive of the United States to an executive department and thus interfering in the operation of another branch of government for political purposes.

The argument that this is imposing a religious ban which is unconstitutional is not based on the Constitution.

The original, unamended Constitution contains only one explicit reference to religion.  This is the Article VI ban on religious tests for “any office or public trust under the United States.”  Even though there have been many court cases testing the relationship between church and state they have all dealt with the First Amendment no establishment clause and none have involved the religious test ban.  It clearly applies to federal office holders.  That has never been questioned and even the Progressives and their Living Document ACLU attorneys have never before tried to stretch it to fit the revolutionary cause De jure.

Beside which the President’s travel ban is obviously not a religiously based ban since people of all religions are banned and the citizens of the most populous Islamic countries are not.

In Chicago we used to look at the courthouses filled with crooked judges and fixit lawyers and say, “It may say justice on the outside but that doesn’t mean there’s any on the inside.”  After eight years of the Outfit running the country and 28 years of the Progressives packing the courts with political hacks this is what we have.  A judicial system that legislates from the bench protected by life-time tenure and a nation habituated to following their every whim.

That twin headed bird of prey, the government party has been rebuked and rejected by the newly motivated member of the country party with their voter revolution.  Now they mount their three pronged counter revolution:  one, the Courts to overturn the actions of our President; two the legislatures to talk everything to death, obstruct, obstruct, obstruct; and three the liberal fascists out in the street burning property and beating anyone who disagrees with them.

The lawlessness of the American Judicial system is on open display and it it isn’t pretty.  It reminds me of the politicization of the IRS, the Justice Department, the EPA and every other bureau of the Obama regime.

The Progressive foe our President Trump faces is like the Hydra, a monster in Greek mythology.  It had many heads and every time someone would cut off one of them, two more heads would grow out of the stump.  So too this insidious rot will attack from many quarters.  It will shift and change morphing from this to that trying to never appear to be what it really is a generations long attempt to subvert limited government, personal freedom, and economic opportunity and substitute it with central planning and the authoritarianism that always requires.

Don’t fooled by the biased courts, the perpetually re-elected political hacks who confirm political hacks to the bench, or their propaganda arm the ABCCBSNBCCNNMSNBC cartel.  This fight isn’t over, or at least it shouldn’t be.  According to Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution Congress has the power and the authority to control the jurisdiction of the courts.  In fact it clearly states the jurisdiction exists, “with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”  If Congress had the backbone it could trim the sails of the judicial man-of-war as it attacks our liberties and common sense.  Keep your eye on the prize.  Support the President with calls to your representatives and your prayers.

Keep the Faith.  Keep the peace.  We shall overcome.

They Want a Civil War We Have a Prayer Meeting February 8, 2017

The American Revolution changed the world.  Our Declaration of Independence proclaims self-evident truths.  That all men are created equal, they’re endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights, among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  These words shook a world held in the vise-grip of hereditary privilege inspiring people around the globe.  Our Constitution established a representative federal republic with a limited government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Over the space of 241 years we have watched as our constitutionally limited government grew until it’s a leviathan running amok like Godzilla in Tokyo smashing things and scaring boy scouts.  Today the Federal government is the largest employer in America, states are the largest employers in the states and counties are among the largest employers in the counties get the picture?  Government is on a rampage and unless Mothra is going to fly in to save the day we have to deal with Frankenstein-on-the-Potomac ourselves.

Such brazen power-plays as when the Executive Branch under our now departed and not lamented leader BHO issued the Legislature an ultimatum, either pass Cap-N-Trade or we’ll impose it administratively through command-and-control made the dramatic changes in our political culture shockingly apparent.   Has our balance of powers melted away under the glare of executive orders, signing statements and ultimatums?   Some people say this is evolution.  To others it’s devolution.  Our hard-won and dearly-paid-for Republic has been devolving into a command-and-control all-encompassing central-state.

With political dynasties bequeathing congressional seats like hereditary fiefdoms it’s becoming hard to explain why we left the British Empire.

We have not only had taxation without representation as congressional party-line voters ignore their constituents we have also had representation without taxation as the perpetually re-elected Lords and Ladies represent the illegal immigrants and the professional welfare hammock-riders.

These big government social planners believed they had achieved their community organizing goals fulfilling a paraphrase of Lincoln’s famous quote, “It may be true that you can’t fool all the people all the time, but you can fool enough of them to rule a large country.”  They believed the activist BHO administration would fundamentally change America beyond the ability of We the People to even have a chance of righting the Ship of State.

However, if these would be commissars from the faculty lounge would have bothered to step 20 miles outside the Beltway obviously there was a counter-revolution brewing.  The Tea Party was overtaking the Republican Party in popularity.  It had already supplanted them at the grassroots of the conservative movement.  By 2010 an avalanche of voters thronged the polling places demanding their country back.  With a RINO like Romney heading the ticket in 2012, millions stayed home.  However, in 2014 they resurged and once again gave BHO and his Progressives the shellacking they deserved.

Following the tactics of Saul Alinsky brought the Obama-ACORN-SEIU coalition control of the Democratic Party and the country but following the Cloward/Piven Strategy for overwhelming the system to impose an alternative system has to lead to a complete repudiation of this radical departure from traditional American politics and economics.  We aren’t Venezuela.  Even after decades of legislative efforts to progressively create a permanent underclass of government dependents who would follow their leaders to the next looting of productive members of society the majority in this country still want freedom and opportunity not cradle-to-grave mediocrity.

We the People have staged a counter-revolution against this growing tyranny.  Was it a violent revolution?  Did we stage mass demonstrations, attack opponents, or try to silence debate?  No, it was a peaceful, lawful revolution at the ballot box.

Remember the illegal and unprecedented assaults upon America that we endured from BHO and his regime.  The imperial president used the EPA to impose the onerous restrictions of Cap-N-Trade after Congress rejected them stunting and strangling the economy with regulations.  He used the Department of Homeland Security to change the enforcement of immigration policy and cook the books without any messy public debate by the representatives of the people.

Ruling by decree, “I have a pen and I have a phone,” is hardly compatible with constitutionally-limited government.  We were told the administration had solutions.  They shoved their prescription to heal the greatest health care system in the world with the big lie, “If you like your plan you can keep your plan. Period.”  Like a pig-in-a-poke their San Francisco leader told us, “We have to pass the plan to find out what’s in the plan.”  They claimed to have a solution to save or create jobs while we lost jobs every month or created low paying part time jobs at best, a draconian solution for the man-made global warming hoax, a solution for endless wars for elusive peace.  They said they had a solution for everything.  It reminded me of the drug dealer saying, “If you’ve got a problem take a pill.”

They said they wanted a contribution.  Back in the good old change we could believe in days the dialogue of class warfare repeated that no one making under 250,000, or was it 150,000, or was it …anyway only the evil rich would have to pay a dime of new taxes.  Many working people found out we were rich after BHO’s first April 15th stand and deliver day.

Everyone has known since at least that tax-cutting wild man JFK that cutting taxes increases revenue to the government and raising them lowers revenue.  Since the government knows raising taxes lowers revenue and since they said they were raising taxes to increase revenue what were they trying to do?  Complicated tax codes are used as a way to incentivize and de-incentivize behavior.

If you want more widgets give tax breaks for buying widgets.  If you want less widgets tax widgets.  Using that for a guide notice what was being pushed and what’s being pulled?  Under BHO we saw taxes on producers and tax breaks for non-producers, tax cuts for people who don’t pay taxes and tax increases for those who do.  Taking the money of producers to bailout the greedy, reward the cronies and support the lazy.

Executive orders and signing statements have been used in Republican and Democrat administrations for years to change the Constitution without changing the Constitution.  In BHO’s USSA sweeping new powers by regulators threatened to make Congress irrelevant as an all-powerful Executive Branch grew like a malignant tumor.

We the People didn’t lose heart.  We didn’t despair.  In faith we knew it was going to be all right?

I remember how many of these articles I end during those dark days of the BHO regime with, “Keep the faith.  Keep the peace.  We shall Overcome.”

Today as the defeated and rejected Progressives stage rallies, protests and riots I urge the same counsel.  The last thing we need in this crowded theater full of combustible emotions is either a match or someone shouting fire.  The snowflakes and those who manipulate them combined with the fellow travelers and the useful idiots are like a bully pushing someone hoping to elicit a response.  They appear to be hoping to spark a civil war.

I believe prayer got us here.  And though the prearranged, prepaid, and predictable demonstrations and riots are meant to provoke us to respond don’t let them worry you.

Why worry when you can pray?

Trump Republicans Where Are You? February 6, 2017

After the Democrats won the trifecta in 2008 capturing the House, the Senate and the White House conservatives watched in horror as the Progressive liberals shoved their collectivist agenda down our throats.

Then came the Taxed Enough Already TEA Party revolution.  It was amazing.  I watched with joy as tens of thousands of people got up off the couch, turned off the game, and became involved in politics many for the first time.  It was heady time of mass demonstrations, organizing for change and exciting election campaigns by novices tilting at windmills and attempting to take down the perpetually re-elected.

This led to the wave election of 2010 which gave the Republicans control of the House.  And what did our new majority do?  They went to Washington and found their place at the trough re-electing Boehner as their leader, they re-affirmed the Patriot Act and started passing continuing resolutions and nothing changed.

They told us, “We can’t do anything with just the House we need the Senate too.”

So in 2014 in another wave election through the herculean efforts of the grassroots we gave them the Senate and nothing changed.

They told us, “We can’t do anything with just the House and the Senate we need the White House too.”

So in 2016 defying the odds, the odds makers, the media and the establishment of both parties we gave them the White House too.

Now that We the People have given them both them Congress and the White House what do we hear?

John “Reach Across the Aisle” McCain and his faithful side kick Lindsey “Democrat in all but name” Graham couldn’t wait to start criticizing the one man in Washington who seems to know how to get things done.  And has the guts to do it.

Then our supposedly right wing leaders tell us that they can’t repeal and replace Obamacare without 60 votes.  Funny the Democrats could pass it without 60 votes but te Republicrats need 60 to repeal it.  Who says so?  The Senate Parliamentarian that’s who?

Why should this unelected bureaucrat get to tell the representatives of We the People what they can and cannot do?

The Parliamentarian’s job is to be an expert on the Senate rules to know them backwards and forwards.  He is also to make rulings about what is allowed and prohibited according to those rules.  So far so good.  The man is just doing his job.

However, according to Article One, Section Five of the Constitution it is up to the Senate itself to set the rules that the Parliamentarian must know and rule on.  It only takes 51 Senators to change the rules and the Republicans have 52.  So change the rules and do what you promised you would do.  Repeal and replace Obamacare so America can be healthy again.  Don’t give us some watered down “Repair” gobbledygook.

The conservative side of the twin headed bird of prey that is the Government Party resents that act that all of the peasants with their pitchforks, torches, and votes have put someone in the White House who isn’t one of their puppets.  They are working together with their Progressive twins in the Democrat Party and the Media to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

We cannot allow this to happen!  The millions who awoke out of their stupor, turned off the game and voted for real change must stay activated.  Or else these political hacks are going to subvert our revolution and bring back the status quo.  Hold their feet to the fire!  Call your Senators and let them know you demand that they stand with President Trump.  We must drain the swamp now while we have momentum and votes on our side or the quick sand of bureaucratic inertia will drag us back under the surface and the alligators, frogs and snakes will continue to rule the roost.

Change the rules.  Go nuclear or use the Reid Option as it should be called.  Do whatever you have to do within the constitutional framework to fulfill the promise of the new day.  Leave your own agendas behind and Make America Great Again!

Anti-Trump Demonstrations Prearranged Prepaid and Predictable February 1, 2017

Just look at the hysterical reaction to President Trump’s long anticipated executive order to limit the admission of refugees from seven countries.

How do leaders in Muslim countries see it?  According to United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, “The vast majority of Muslims and Muslim countries have not been affected by this ban.  This is a temporary ban that will be reviewed within three months. It’s important to take these points into account.”

For one thing except in the case of Syria, where a long civil war has made vetting all but impossible, this is a temporary ban of 120 days not a permanent or even an indefinite one.  A 90-day ban has been imposed on travel here from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen.  Of the seven countries facing a 90-day ban, three are U.S.-designated state sponsors of terror, and the other four are war zones.  This is about national security not religion.

If it was about religion why then were not most populous Muslim nations Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Egypt included?

These demonstrators, Schumer’s tears, and all the hate filled rhetoric has been waiting in the wings for the first opportunity to show its ugly head.  Our retired community organizer even chimed in with his two cents worth after gracefully keeping silent for a full eleven days.  His unsolicited remarks doing all they could to delegitimize President Trump and incite the protestors at the same time.

How spontaneous are all these demonstrations?  Make no mistake there are many people who just show up.  Given the power of social media to motivate the couch potato revolutionaries to march in circles and hold signs someone else makes and supplies, it is no wonder anyone with funding and expertise can generate a flash mob.  Who organizes and pays the organizers?  That is the question.  Since the media cartel is the opposition we cannot expect them to reveal who the puppet masters are.  Luckily others have done the leg work and unearthed the evidence.

The Free Thought Project has not only discovered but published the proof that these protest provocateurs were recruited, trained and funded by among others George Soros.  In an eye opening article entitled, “Soros Caught Red-Handed Funding Anti-Trump Protests, Paying Protesters $15/hr” found on their website they not only tell us what they have found they show it to us actually showing the want ads used to hire the AstroTurf grassroots of the Left.

While I heartily repeat and sincerely endorse the sentiment expressed in the saying, “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.”  We must not mistake the ginned up outrage of people who are pawns of the limonene liberals with the heartfelt cry of true opposition.

If this was genuine opposition I believe the people would at least have their facts straight.  Saying the President’s action was a complete surprise when he said throughout his campaign he would do it is a first indication that this isn’t well thought out.  Saying it is a religious ban when even those who practice the religion it is supposedly banning say it isn’t shows that it is disingenuous at best.  Ignoring the fact that President Obama did essentially the same things when in 2011 he had the State Department stop processing Iraq refugee requests for six months shows that these protestors either do not know history or they are expressing the phony outrage of sore losers.

That mouthpiece of the Collectivist elites Rolling Stone provides proof that this entire reality show of protests was prearranged, prepaid, and predictable.  Back on January 13th before Mr. Trump was even inaugurated, the discredited yellow-journalism sheet most recently noted for pushing fake news rape accusations against innocent people in Virginia reported that they had interviewed more than a dozen top leaders of the Trump resistance.   The following is their outline of the conspirator’s strategy:

Beyond direct action and street protest, five clear opposition strategies are emerging. First, leverage Trump’s unpopularity and fragile governing coalition to defeat him outright. “He’s going to overreach dramatically, and we have to be prepared to deal him a significant setback,” says Weaver. Second, where Trump cannot be stopped, constrain his ambition by bleeding his political capital – “raise the cost of Trump radicalism,” says Frank Sharry a top immigrant-rights advocate. Third, blunt Trump’s impact with political resistance in the blue states – and even the blue cities in red states – where Trump’s agenda remains anathema. Fourth, get out of a defensive crouch: “The best defense is a good offense,” says Sierra Club Director Michael Brune. Fifth, when in doubt, sue.

So much for the spontaneous nature of these protests, as these facts are  easily found with even a cursory search of the internet.  Mr. Trump rode the crest of an actual grassroots movement.  He found the parade and successfully marched in front of it all the way to the White House.  Those of us who can remember what America used to be before the Kennedy Immigration Act transformed the melting pot into a smelting pot pulling us apart instead of welding us together want our country back.  The elites who want to send our wealth overseas and import, support, and exploit enough voters for a permanent majority dedicated to collectivism will stop at nothing to derail our last best chance.

So buckle up and get ready for four years of escalating civil unrest with wall-to-wall coverage.  People have complained about gridlock in Washington for years.  What is coming is complete paralysis.  The Left will attempt to make the country ungovernable.  Their media arm, the Corporations Once Known as the Mainstream Media will do their best to make it appear as if they are the majority valiantly resisting the imposition of authoritarian and racist measures by an illegitimate minority government.  This is what we are facing.  Four years of battle.

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.  Yes, I know most of the Silent Majority are too busy working to spend much time in political activism.  I also know that we face an army of people many on the government dole and many rich enough to finance a lifestyle of life in the trenches from their gated communities and country clubs.  However, we cannot leave our leader out there alone to face the coming storm.  We are all the support President Trump has.  The Progressives have the media, academia, Hollywood, and the Democrat Party.  Mr. Trump can’t even count on the Republicans.  Led by John McCain and Lindsey Graham these Never-Trumpers are reaching across the aisle to sabotage our re-boot of America.

Stand up!  Speak up!  Put those who wish to preserve the status quo and continue to manage the decline of America on notice that we are here and we will not rest until we make America great again!

Keep the faith.  Keep the peace.  We shall overcome.
