Illegal aliens sent $21.6 Billion in cash back to Mexico in 2013 or if we look beyond just Mexico illegal immigrants send home $50 billion annually.
If we imposed a 10% excise tax on overseas wire transfers that translates into five billion dollars per year.
Costs for a truly secure wall on our southern border range from 15 to 25 billion dollars.
At ten percent this would be re-cooped in five years if we upped it to 20% it would come back in 2.5 years.
You do the math, there are ways to get the wall built and have those who make it necessary pay for it.

Excellent, and I don’t see why not, because if we keep our money here in the states when we die we are exposed to Estate Taxes. Once the money is gone it will never be taxed upon death.
