What Did Obama Know and When Did He Know It? March 24, 2017

The accusation that the Trump team and maybe even Candidate Trump himself colluded with the Russians has been going on since before the inauguration.  The ABCCBSNBCCNNMSNBCPBS Cartel, the media megaphone of the Democrat Party, has battered the low information voters with unfounded charges delivered as hard fact for months.

The RHINO fellow travelers led by John McCain and Lindsey Graham have spewed forth their impassioned cries for a special prosecutor.  Republican led committees in the House and the Senate have played along with or at least provided a prestigious stage for what the Deep State or Permanent Government hopes will be President Trump’s version of Watergate.  The hysterical demagogues such as Representative Maxine Waters and Representative Keith Ellison seconded of course by Senator Lindsey RHINO Graham, are already calling or in the case of the ersatz conservative Graham “warning” of impeachment.

Then Came Trump with a tweet that roiled the happy little parade to another Silent Coup.  On March the 4^th President Trump Tweeted, “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!”  This was followed about half an hour later with another Tweet, “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”

Since that time the Media has been frothing at the mouth calling him a liar, calling the charges fake news and generally going berserk that a victim of their electronic and print lynching would have the gall to try to slip the noose.  They trotted out all the usual suspects to say there was nothing to The Donald’s charges.

Yet the hearings on whether or not the Trump team colluded with the Russians go on as if nothing has happened.  Over and over our Intelligence professionals have told us that their exhaustive investigations have unearthed nothing.  There is no evidence of collusion.  Both the former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and ex-CIA Director Mike Morrell have said they saw no evidence of collusion.

Here are my questions: If these intelligence people were investigating whether or not there was collusion what were they looking at to make their determinations?  Was it the records of phone calls?  Was it emails?  Was it tapes of conversations?  And how would any of these be available if the people in question had not been under surveillance?

Just look at the case of General Flynn.  It was reported by the Cartel that the FBI reviewed transcripts of the General’s phone calls and found that he did nothing illegal.  He was fired not for what he did but for not being forthcoming in reporting it to the Vice President.  This episode was a favorite hobby horse of the Cartel for weeks.  It was pointed out as evidence of the Trump Team’s collusion with the Russians, though it actually proved the exact opposite.  It does however prove that at least one member of the Team was wire tapped.  How else would they have the transcripts to review?

Now comes the smoking gun.

According to a report on Fox News, “Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President Trump accused his predecessor of having wiretapped him in a series of now-infamous tweets posted on March 4.”

This is stunning.  This not only turns the entire case on its head it shows the depths to which the outgoing Obama Regime was prepared to stoop to undermine the peaceful transfer of power they were outwardly pretending to facilitate.

The report goes on to say, “The intelligence is said to leave no doubt the Obama administration, in its closing days, was using the cover of legitimate surveillance on foreign targets to spy on President-elect Trump, according to sources.”  Why would BHO’s minions do such things?  What was their purpose?  Was it in any way tied to protecting the security of America?  Or at least in looking for actual criminal activity?  No.  The report adds, “The key to that conclusion is the unmasking of selected U.S. persons whose names appeared in the intelligence, the sources said, adding that the paper trail leaves no other plausible purpose for the unmasking other than to damage the incoming Trump administration.”

While the FBI of Director Comey fights a holding action for the establishment other sources are set to provide the evidence to support the President’s Tweeted charges of improper surveillance.  The Fox Report confirms this saying, “The FBI hasn’t been responsive to the House Intelligence Committee’s request for documents, but the National Security Agency is expected to produce documents to the committee by Friday.”

That prescient and insightful commentator on American Politics Pat Buchanan sums up what the real scandal is very well:

The real scandal, which the media regard as a diversion from the primary target, Trump, is that a Deep State conspiracy to bring down his presidency seems to have been put in place by Obamaites, and perhaps approved by Obama himself.

Consider. On Jan. 12, David Ignatius of the Washington Post wrote,

“According to a senior U.S. government official, (Gen. Michael) Flynn phoned Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak several times on Dec. 29, the day the Obama administration announced the expulsion of 35 Russian officials … What did Flynn say?”

Now, on Dec. 29, Flynn, national security adviser-designate, was not only doing his job calling the ambassador, he was a private citizen.

Why was he unmasked by U.S. intelligence?

Who is this “senior official” who dropped the dime on him? Could this official have known how many times Flynn spoke to Kislyak, yet not known what was said on the calls?

That is hard to believe. This looks like a contract hit by an anti-Trump agent in the intel community, using Ignatius to do the wet work.

Flynn was taken down. Did Comey turn his FBI loose to ferret out the felon who had unmasked Flynn and done him in? If not, why not?

In today’s Wall Street Journal, Dan Henninger points anew to a story in The New York Times of March 1 that began:

“In the Obama administration’s last days, some White House officials scrambled to spread information about Russian efforts to undermine the presidential election — and about possible contacts between associates of President-elect Trump and Russians — across the government.”

“This is what they did,” wrote Henninger, quoting the Times:

“At intelligence agencies, there was a push to process as much raw intelligence as possible into analyses, and to keep the reports at a relatively low classification level to ensure as wide a readership as possible across the government — and, in some cases, among European allies.”

For what benign purpose would U.S. intelligence agents spread secrets damaging to their own president — to foreign regimes? Is this not disloyalty? Is this not sedition?

On Jan. 12, writes Henninger, the Times “reported that Attorney General Loretta Lynch signed rules that let the National Security Agency disseminate ‘raw signals intelligence information’ to 16 other intelligence agencies.”

Astounding. The Obamaites seeded the U.S. and allied intel communities with IEDs to be detonated on Trump’s arrival. This is the scandal, not Trump telling Vlad to go find Hillary’s 30,000 missing emails.

We need to know who colluded with the Russians, if anyone did. But more critically, we need to unearth the deep state conspiracy to sabotage a presidency.

So far, the Russia-connection investigation has proven a dry hole. But an investigation into who in the FBI, CIA or NSA is unmasking U.S. citizens and criminally leaking information to a Trump-hating press to destroy a president they are sworn to serve could prove to be a gusher.

As for the reports of Lynch-White House involvement in this unfolding plot to damage and destroy Trump the real question is: What did Barack Obama know, and when did he know it?

This all leads me to one last question:

If the Russians hacked the election to promote Trump why did Hillary win the popular vote?
